1 Year BEC Cambridge Business English Certificate Course
For those wishing to study Business English in Dublin, Ireland, the Irish College of English Language Schools offer a Business English Course that will improve foreign students fluency of the English language to an advanced level and allow them to enter the world of International Business/Further Education, in Ireland or abroad, with a recognised Cambridge Certificate for Business English skills.
Approved for students from outside the EU/EEA and Switzerland:
The following programmes are included on the Department of Education and Science’s Internationalisation register of programmes approved by the Minister for Education and Science for the purpose of access to employment by students from outside the EU/EEA and Switzerland:
- 6 month – 1 year full time courses ( min. 15 hours per week) focusing on preparation for BEC (Cambridge Business English Certificate).
Course Focus:
This training course in Business English also gives students the opportunity to learn the specialist vocabulary they need to interact through English in a daily business work environment. This will open up greater job opportunities and add a valuable qualification to students resumes for working areas such as in Banking & Finance, Management, Marketing, HR, Sales and Customer Services. During the Business English Course three areas will be focused on as follows:

- Exam Preparation

Status of BEC Qualification:
Students will receive a 1 year Business English Certificate (BEC) from the Irish College of English, in addition to this they will sit a Cambridge Business English Certificate Exam (BEC) and upon passing this they will hold an internationally recognised certificate suitable to present to Employers and Universities in Ireland and abroad.
