Fees and Subsistence

At ICE we believe in transparent fees and giving students and their parents/guardians clear information regarding fees.
· All fees are clear and transparent in our price lists available by email or on our website.
· Any additional extra potential costs are noted in the price lists such as airport transfers.
· Our Junior Programmes are all inclusive.
· Our Adult Programmes, have an option extra of pay as you go activities.
· Pocket money guidance for Junior Students is in their handbook
· Living costs and subsistence for adults is in our student supports.
· Certain specialist diets will incur an extra host family charge per week.
Juniors Camps more information:
· All our full camps are all inclusive and there are no additional fees.
· Airport transfers are available at an additional cost and help on check in can be requested in additional to the departure transfers at no extra cost.
· We suggest pocket money of about 80 euro per week for students for sweets, souvenirs etc. However this is optional, some students will have less pocket money and some will have more. The school won’t ask a student for money as our camps are all inclusive. However, should a student loss their travel card, they will be required to buy a replacement card the price of which will vary depending on the length of stay remaining.
· Specialist diets should be communicated to us and if we can cater for them there will be an additional charge of 30-60 euro per week for the hosts, no additional costs occur in our residential camps.
Adults Courses more information:
· Our adult fees as outlined in our price list involve a registration fee including your first course text book, course fees and accommodation admin fee and accommodation fees if required. These are clearly outlined in our pricelists – https://www.iceireland.com/best-english-courses-ireland/
· We offer a pay as you go activity programme, as sample of which is in the support section of our website, students pay for their own transport and activity costs and ICE sends a free leader to guide the group. The programme is available each week on our notice board and students can sign up for whichever activities they wish to attend.

Enrolment
To enrol in a programme at ICE you can use the following methods:
· Online through our booking portal on our website which has a booking form. https://www.bookingiceireland.com/
· Groups can make enquires thought the group information and quotes from the group page on our website.
· By email by contacting info@iceireland.com , our relevant admissions officer will send you the necessary information and also a booking form.
· In person at reception at our main centre at 6 Church Road, Malahide, Co. Dublin.
Upon registration students/individuals will receive additional information and pre-arrival they will receive their specific student handbook and arrival information.
Admissions

Irish College of English Refund Policy
At ICE, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility while also ensuring we can provide the best service to all students.
We highly recommend that students/parents/guardians/group organisers purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to their travel plans. Travel insurance can provide coverage for cancellations, interruptions, and unforeseen circumstances that may affect your trip.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation 7 days or more before arrival*: Full refund
- Cancellation 3 – 6 days before arrival*: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- Cancellation 1 -2 days before arrival*: No refund
‘Arrival’ for the purposes of our refund policy is nominated to be 10am on day of arrival irrelevant of actual arrival time.
Important Notes:
All cancellations must be made in writing to info@iceireland.com acknowledged by the College.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation confirmation.
- No refunds will be given for no-shows or early departures from courses.
