Induction & Orientation

We support students pre arrival with all the information they need to be prepared and informed about their stay at ICE, including programme details, accommodation and transfer details if required.

Every Student will be given a copy of our Student Handbook and a link to our Quality Assurance Manual and Home Stay Charter (where relevant). These documents give students and or parents/guardian a clear understanding of our school, programmes and supports.

On arrival, each student will have orientation specific to their course.

Our Team is always available to help throughout students’ courses with any questions or concerns.
